She mainly represents forum/bbs trolls, those who don’t have enough patience to use the Vocaloid software, or those who gave up using Vocaloid. She is notably tsundere, most especially when depicted with Len or anyone she secretly likes.

McHatsune (初音マク Hatsune Maku) is a McDonalds' themed version of Hatsune Miku.
Hatsune Mika (初音ミカ) is a fanmade mascot for Hatsune Miku. Mika looks up to Miku and wishes to be just like her. Her outfit is similar to Miki's only, she sometimes wears shorts like Neru. Mika has her hair up in pony tails to be like Miku, only her hair is shorter than her's. Her color scheme is orange. Mika loves to dance, and uses dances to express her emotion. When the dance is slow, she's upset, when they are neat and slow, she's happy, but if the dance is wild and fast she's angry. Mika can be harsh and have a sharp tongue when angered. However, she can act sweet. She loves to eat oranges with the Kagamines, play with Nigaito and ride Gakupo's eggplant horse
Hagane Miku (鋼音ミク) is the Hard Rock/Heavy Metal version of Miku, belonging to the Hagane group.
Tonarine Sai (隣音サイ) is the name taken by a Nicovideo user who modifies her voice to sound like a Vocaloid. Her name comes from the phrase "隣の騒音がうるさい" (the noise from the neighbor is annoying loud, what she is thought of). Her outfit is a pink version of Miku's, with the exception of wearing bike shorts instead of a skirt. A list of her works are available in Nico-Nico Douga.
Solane Mako (空音マコ) is a shrine maiden interested in music. Her design is based from Miku, but her voice is not. She was intended as an April Fools joke, in the same time as when Teto Kasane was released. Beyond this, no other works featuring her are known.
Utsuwa Shion (シオン うつわ) is a humanoid based on Hatsune Miku. She can sing japanese, english and finnish songs. Even if she's 15-year-old, she may sound sometimes a little bit childish. Shion have a close relationship with Shin Utsuwa (who look likes genderbendered Shion). She's also close friend of Yuu & Yuuki Futatabi and Ayu & Aku Matsuo. Shion's "colour" is light blue and her "number" in her right arm is 10.
